This is quite possible the worst company I have ever dealt with. BEWARE!!! I highly suggest NOT dealing with this joke of a company. I purchased $7000 worth of strand bamboo flooring. I atarted installing it per the directions in the package. After haveing about 100 feet or so down I notice little bumps on the top of the floor. Come to find out (as per their wiz bang customer service) that I should be looking at the directions on their website not what comes with the package ...dah!
