I requested assistance on a virus removal tool from this website which stated the system was down and couldn't be accepted. I then contact McAfee who assisted me. i checked my account today and the website charged my VISA account for a service that was not provided. This is a rip off and i am going to take legal action if my money is not refunded to my account. read full review »
