Our front end washer broke. Not knowing who to turn to, I reached out to Sears and their 'Blue Crew'. On 3/22, I scheduled an appointment on line and was happy to see that the earliest appointment was the next day, 3/23 from 1:00 to 5:00. I listed my work phone and home phone for contacts. I paid online which I thought was great. The next day, I missed the call by about 10 minutes. When I called back, I was told that appointment was cancelled.
