Don't do business with Best Buy! I purchased my HP computer from Best Buy last fall and was told the software Windows 7 would be sent to me once it was available. It never came. Sometime in February, I was in Best Buy and asked them about the software. They told me that it was too late to get the free update. They would not work with me at all and blamed the problem on HP. They said the time had expired on the software update and I would have to buy it instead. Needless to say, I don't ever intend to purchase anything from Best Buy... read full review »
