I was in a rush to just get the bill paid, so I figured I wouldn't have too much of a problem. I scroll down to the bottom of the screen, click the checkbox saying I read an Agreement that is somehow necessary to perform a simple payment, and then hit Submit.Apparently, I was the victim of a bait-and-switch billing system.
