Bank of America just jacked up their rates in the middle of a billing cycle. When they did so they also made the interest increase retroactive to past purchase we were still paying off. Not sure this is even legal. Since when purchased made they made with an agreed upon interest rate and now they have almost doubled that. Plus to be honest, their in bank customer service is the worst. Not the fault of the tellers, there just aren't ever enough employees around to do the job. 20 minutes in line to get a bank draft is ridiculous. read full review »
