I had submitted an application to Chase to refinance my mortgage. I paid $750.00 as the application fee for the same. They were supposed to get the subordination on my second loan from Sovereign Bank. They couldn't get that done in three months and now they are asking me to pay more. Why should I pay for their incompetence ? Please be aware of the following people at Chase (Steven Franklin and Sarh Pauly). It seems Chase just wants to cheat people.
