i ordered magicjack on the 30 day free trial but was charged the day after I ordered. I contacted customer support and they informed me that if I used a bank card then it would charge that day and they would refund me later if I didnt like the magicjack. I was informed that on my billing confirmation email it should have stated that I would be charged. I went back and actually opened my billing statement comfirmation email and yes at the bottom it stated the due to the nature of the offer all debit card users would not get the 30 day free... read full review »
