Our garage door was installed in the fall of 2009 . After noticing a few problems, Mesa came and fixed them (December 2009). We then noticed a scored window frame and asked for a replacement. Every appointment to replace that frame that Mesa has setup has been postponed to a later date. Our last appointment (the fourth) was set for 4/1 (no joke). Today (3/31) we just received a call stating that the fifth appointment is set for 4/8. Yesterday (4/7) a call confirmed that the part was on hand and that the appointment for 4/8 was on.
