AT&T is a horrible company! I've had service with them for less than a month, and they have already wrongly disconnected my phone, which took me hours and hours to correct. They also sold me broadband when they don't have coverage in my area. I chose AT&T since it was cheaper than Comcast. Now my broadband coverage is with Comcast anyway, and since it's not part of a package, I have to pay through the nose for it. If AT&T had been honest with me, and told me that I could not receive broadband coverage in my area, I would have gone with Comcast's package deal and saved myself a lot of money! read full review »
