I purchased a 7 year warranty for $129.97 through Wickes on 1/13/08 when I purchased a couch, chair & ottoman. I tried to contact Stainsafe in regards to a claim & the phone does not ring. I have been told that they are currently out of business & that I need to go back to Wickes regarding my warranty. Wickes furniture is also out of business. Not only am I out of $129.97 for a Warranty I cannot use, I have micro fiber furniture that has water spots that need to be cleaned. This should be covered under my warranty. read full review »
