Was told by a rep that there would be no late fees or returned payment fees applied to my account after a mix up with payment info. The lady specifically said to me, "ma'am, I'm not lying to you, there will be no fees applied to your account"...low and behold there are late fees and returned payment fees on my account. When I called to get these removed the manager said they cannot be removed even though their rep said they could be.
