Company used automated call to number on FTC's "Do Not Call" list (a clear violation of the law). The company conceals its identity and location: Representative indicated that Company, Universal Card Services, has HQ in California (where I am located) but that he was calling from Phoenix. Not finding the company on the Internet, he pointed me to http://changeyourdebt.com/ which is the home page for Briter Days Inc (d/b/a Briter Days Debt Relief).
