Magic Jack is a marginal voip solution that gives average quality. I bought one five months ago specifically to make work phone calls from home. The largest part of my work phone calls are to conference calls that other people set up. Today Magic Jack told me that they are no longer allowing customers to call conference numbers. I did not agree to this limitation and would expect that they would either extend the access to people who have already signed up for the entirety of their first year or offer to refund their money. When I attempted to run this by Magic Jack support, they would not help me at all. This is terrible planning and service. read full review »
