I bought an LG Incite CT810 phone from AT&T. One day it would not turn on. I found that one of the battery connectors inside the phone was broken and not making contact so no power. I sent it to LG and they said it was because of abuse on my part. How can this be, I have taken the battery out maybe ten times and then only to reset the phone. The part that broke was obviously defective but LG will not stand behind their products. I think LG makes attractive looking products but their manufacturing and QC levels are quite low.
