I went to Firestone to replace my brakes. After the inspection they told me that all i needed was my front brakes pads replaced and the rotors looked fine. 3hrs later i received a callback and they mentioned that the rotors needed to be replaced. NOTE: When i brought my car in there were no grooves whatsoever on the front of the rotors. They informed me that the grooves were not on the front but in the back of the rotor.I asked to take a look at the back of the rotors for the grooves but the evidence was now gone because they tried resurfacing... read full review »
