ACS is a scam syndicate and a disorganized institution of harassers. I'm a victim of identity theft which took place through a US BANK via the internet four years ago. Someone in September of 2006 somehow got my SSN, a past address and phone number of mine, my full name, my parents name, and was able to take out a 5500 dollar loan in my name with that info alone. They didn't even have to forge my signature! And this fraudulently accepted loan went undiscovered until early 2009! ACS bought that loan from the US Bank a year and a half... read full review »
