I have had my HP Officejet J4680 for less than a year and have had NOTHING but problems with it. I was told that the printer cartridges are bad and need to replace them, replacing them may not fix the problem with my printer. HP will not replace the printer cartridges. I refuse to spend the excessive amount of money needed to replace them not knowing if the problem will be resolved. I will NEVER EVER buy an HP product again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I have spent more time on the phone with tech support than I have time for. HP, thanks for nothing. read full review »
