I had called sears to have my dishwasher service loud noise, technician came out and said food chopper wash broke by toothpick and needs new heating element.A week later different tech comes to replace both parts very slow and confused took 45 minutes to put food chopper in, not too mention it took him almost an hour to remove and replace elemnet (only held on by too nuts .
