My policy was canceled moths ago when I spoke with the agent and MEPCO. Yet, I got an email today stating that I owe money and that my policy was not canceled and to contact Tier 1. I don't know anything about any third party involved like Tier 1. The only thing that I know is that I canceled with my agent a week after purchase, and there was no additional information that was told to me about Mepco or Tier 1 to cancel.
