I tried to make a payment last month to dish net by phone and the automative system declined my card. I was transferred to a customer service rep. He did take my payment and waived the 5.00 fee. I tried to pay again this month and payment still would not process. the service rep was going to charge me 5.00, I said im not paying the five dollars and that I wanted a supervisor.
