Bought an onlyone visa travel money card for a vacation, and tried to activate it on line. Could not. So I called the customer service, and after repeating my card number, my name and my other personal info 3 times, I was told I would have to fax something to them as proof I was me. They will allow me to use the card if I swipe it, but not on line or over the phone. Great help in making reservations for a trip.
