I purchased their deluxe problem...SoundTaxi Pro with VideoRip. The program worked briefly then stopped. I sent five emails before I received a response nearly two weeks later. They finally admitted after about two months that they knew of a problem. After another two weeks I received an email instructing me to install an update...I did...it did not work. I was told to install another update...it did not work. Three months into the problem I was asked to send them extensive info on my computer...I did and have been ignored... read full review »
