Todd Engerman with D&T Interior Solutions Corp saw my ad on Craigslist requesting bids to perform demolition, sheetrock, and painting services for my rental in Lacey, WA. He drove up from Portland, seemed like a clean-cut guy who knew his stuff, and e-mailed a fair proposal. I paid him $1, 470 cash on March 12, 2010 as a deposit.
