I ordered a free trial of the product which was supposed to cost only $.97 as a gag gift and never received it, Since then they have charged my account $99.35. I called the company after the first charge in march of $46.95 and they said they would cancel my order and if i sent back the product they would refund my money so 2 days later I received the product and sent it back and was not refunded and now they have charged my account again %52.40.
