On Wednesday, 04/07/10, I called Verizon DSL technical support because of a slow internet connection. I had originally signed up for a 3 MB connection at my home, and signed a one year commitment to have their service. Starting out the cost of my DSL service would be $29.99. I was fine with the price and having to sign a one year commitment. I then decided I needed a higher speed, so I upgraded my service to their 7.1 MB service for about 54.99 a month.
