Kris Holtgreen of Creative Hardwood and Jerels Dillon of Lumber Liquidators inproperly installed our wood flooring. Last year we purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators 26499 Southpoint Rd Perrysburg OH 43551 (419)931-6770. The manager Jerels Dillon put us in touch with his 'expert installer' Kris Holtgreen. To our surprise both Jerels and Kris showed up on installation day. Apparently Jerels works for both companies.
