My daughter's dog was limping on a Saturday, so we took him to Banfield to assess the problem. After 5 x-rays, they determined he had a broken toe and splinted and wrapped it. The bill?: $696.00!!! What for? Office charge, medication, hopsital fee, wrapping materials, everyone who breezed by the room while it was happening ($43 each, about 10 of those, not kidding). It would have been more had the vet foregone charging for two of the x-rays and my daughter opted not to have blood work done to make sure the medications wouldn't cause... read full review »
