I finally got through on the phone line after calling constistently for a week, literally, only to be told that my faxed documents had not been recieved. This is crap I have a copy of every fax confirmation sheet. Apparently the office uses the excuse that the document was unclear. If that is the case maybe they need better fax machines. I was told that I may have sent the fax when the system was down. Everytime? I asked if this was something that happened often and was told NO.
