Rec'd e-cig for a trial period 0f 12 days 1 problem didn't getr e cig until 11th day of said trial period, called got period extended but when i called to cancel program was told it was too late to cancel and my account would b e charged $99.10 but I would receive 2 chargers a manuel and 15 e cig refills. account was charged but nothing else was received.
