I needed a new heating/air conditioning service and I contacted them 4 times and was put on hold, or disconnected, then when I got through I was told a Rep was going to call me. When he finally does, after 5-6 days I still don't have a price for this unit. I am surprised they act like they don't need the business. I contacted another company and they were much more professional and I received service the next day. I am disappointed in Roland J. Down's customer service. I don't know what happened to them as I had done business with them several years ago and they were good at that time. read full review »
