There is absolutely zero inter department communication and even worse customer service! I have submitted loan modification papers 3 times now on a second mortgage. They are the very same papers that were submitted for a loan modification on the first mortgage that got through on the first try. It seems that they get a new part of the modification paper work every time, but never the complete package that has been confirmed sent!
