5 years ago I had some unauthorized charges on my BoA Credit Card. They contacted me before I ever saw a statement because the charges went over my credit limit. I asked to cancel the card and negotiated terms to pay off the card over three years and had them automatically deduct the payments from my checking account (with another bank). I never received a statement from BoA over this time but I kept track of the payments through my bank statements. After 3 years I get a call from a BoA rep asking me to renew the payments.
