Lost the buyout letter on a leased car I purchased after the lease. Chase won't give me a buyout letter saying I paid Michigan Sales tax, so Michigan won't give me a title unless chase gives me a buyour letter or I pay 6% sales tax on a car that I already peid sales tax to Chase Auto. I think that chase did't ever pay the sales tax on the loan and because it was so long ago they don't and won't pay it now. They keep sending me to thier research department, which is nothing more than a cll ceneter in India. I need help! read full review »
