I was given this coupon from a dentist office saying I could get a sample and only had to pay $0.99 for shipping. I read the whole pages to make sure there were no catches. There was nothing on the site not even in small disclaimer saying anything about if you get this sample you are joining and that money would be taken from your account. I was charged $79.98. I too called the 1-866-202-0846 and spoke to a person that I could hardly understand and was told that I had 14 days after getting the item to cancel.
