We bought a ONKYO AV Receiver there an did not know how to install everything on it & the remote doesn't work.So I called HH Gregg & asked them if they could send someone to install it for us & they said they could but it would cost us $199.00. After spending over $400.00 dollars there, they also wanted us to pay for having it installed.Well we will never buy another thing from them again.I prefer to go out of my way & but it somewhere else.So they just lost a customer. Because we also wanted to but several other electronics. So if I was you I wouldn'tbuy anything from HH GREGG!!! read full review »
