I was told there was a free trial period for $.99 and if you cancel within 14 days you would not be charged anymore. WRONG!! I canceled within 10 days and on the 15th day my account was charged $149.95. I saved my cancelation number and called them back. I had to email the refund dept several times and call many more times. They always told me I would recive my money back within 3 to 5 days or 4 to 10 days.
