I received a check for services rendered. I took it to Bank of America and they told me i had to deposit it in my bank account to see if it was any good. I told them that was fine. (14) fourteen days later they told me check was no good and they were closing my account for depositing a forged check. I do not understand no money was drawn on that check or my account since that transaction why do i have to loose all my accounts with Bank of America. I am seeking a lawyer to find out how to get the funds that their holding in my accounts. Bank of America did not loose any funds and neither did myself.
