I have sent two letters requesting a validation of debt. They responded with a letter stating that "they would not be contacting me about this debt" I have received three calls from Allied Interstate after the date they received my second letter via Certified/Return Receipt. The statute of limitations has run on this and have asked them to prove it has not. They have not responded to this. I believe they violate the law every time they call and I would like to know what can be done at this point. read full review »
