I have student loan debt. The U.S. Department of Education sold my defaulted student loans to Pioneer Credit Recovery and only Pioneer. My paycheck started getting garnished 01-2010 for my student loan debt. I assumed it was from Pioneer Credit Recovery. It was from this company GC services I've never heard of or spoken with. The only way I even heard their name was through my HR department at work. I am still not sure how they can garnish someone without proper legal notification!!!
