I ordered "The catcher on the rye" in early February from Thermite Media. After a while I received an order number. Several weeks later and repeated e-mails from Thermite Media repeating "We are still working diligently to fulfill the item listed below, and you will be notified as soon as it has shipped" with no sign of the book I sent a mail requesting return of funds I had paid for this book.
