World Talent Agency was closed down for fraudulent advertising and fraudulent business services. NCO Financial Systems kept harassing me saying that I owe money to the owner of the agency (with the bill under the owner's name instead of the company name). World Talent Agency was supposed to pay me back $4, 000.00 and NCO Financial Systems said I owe over $1, 000.
