I ordered two products on-line from Pliatrol on a free trial basis. After two weeks I called their customer service department and alerted them to the fact that I had never received either product. A week later after not seeing anything I called them again. Finally one of the the items came but not the other. I decided at that time that since they had not lived up to the terms of their contract by sending my product I would called them and cancel my orders.
