I am DEFINITELY complaining about charges to my credit card account without any authorization to do so. I noticed a $14.95 charge starting in March and NOW April for services NOT rendered. I also have ordered flowers from proflowers and now this charge appears! If my mind serves me correctly, I HAVE, HOWEVER, cancelled these charges once before. WHAT A RIP OFF!
