I used just answer a couple of times with good results and prompt responses, I paid them per question when I was satisfied with the answers. I was offered to have unlimited questions if I subscribe to the service monthly, since I liked the service I accepted. Then, all of a sudden my questions were not responded to as promptly, or even answered at all.
