My husband & I just purchased a house so of course our credit report was printed up..we have a random charge from a company called West Bay Aquisitions that was submitted to collections in May 09! We have never purchased anything from them or the company showing with it (National Recovery Agent). This has been on our credit obviously for almost a YEAR without ANY form of contact!
