Purchased a Optimus heater in Oct. 09 from WalMart, it swivels which makes the "made in china" unit electric cord break. I tried to take back in march 010 but Walmart said they will not take back because I didn't have the instruction manual. What does an instruction manual have that is so valuable to WalMart or the manufacture? Unit cannot be fixed because it is molded plastic and can't be taken apart. Don't buy one of these units they are cheap and Walmarts return policy sucks. read full review »
