I have placed order by sears.com 3 weeks ago. Never received any call or e-mail. When I called customer service, it appears as my order been shipped to some other location. In sears records shown as customer received it, by I ordered it to pick up from the store. I requested money back and been promised as finical department will call me and set money transaction did not happens.
