I ordered a Motorola Droid on a Monday night with overnight shipping. While waiting for my phone I received a message from Verizon stating my plan has changed and will be charged accordingly. So I had to straighten out that error. The phone finally arrived on Friday. I followed the instructions to activate the phone and had problems. It was escalated to the activation team and took 48 hrs to fix the problem. In the mean time my old phone was disconnected, so I had no phone for 48 hrs.
