I have been a customer of Capital One for atleast two years and the way your customer service reps handle business is horrible. Last night i was on the phone with them for 4 hours. I talked to about 24 different people (no exhageration). I don't know how you train your employees but i can tell you from my experiance the value of your customers and customer satisfation goals are non existant.
